Welcome to my home (website). I’m Hamid Mohtasham—no formal titles, just a passionate advocate of sports, personal growth, and well-being. Here’s a glimpse into my journey.
Sports have shaped my life in countless ways. Beyond physical and mental development, they instill discipline, resilience, creativity, and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. Many successful individuals in business and finance emphasize the role of exercise in their achievements.
When you explore the philosophy of sports, you’ll discover a profound connection to self-improvement and even cosmology. Just look at the impact of legends like Takhti, Muhammad Ali, and Grandmaster Ip Man. Their journeys prove that sports are about much more than competition—they are about shaping character and unlocking potential.
In my space, I share not just fitness programs, weight management strategies, and performance-enhancing techniques, but also insights into personal development. My goal is to embark on this journey with you, helping you reach your peak potential.
“Yesterday is gone, and tomorrow does not yet exist;
Between the two, make the most of today.”
—Sa’di
My passion for sports knows no bounds. From childhood, I trained in various disciplines, focusing professionally on Taekwondo, where I earned numerous accolades. By 15, I became a senior club member and started coaching, guided by remarkable mentors who taught me that sports are a vast field of science that requires dedicated study.
To deepen my knowledge, I pursued a degree in Physical Education and Sports Sciences, a choice driven by my commitment to both practice and theory.
“Seek knowledge and rise above,
If you wish to remain unharmed by evil.”

As a sports professional, I feel a profound responsibility. The health and success of athletes rely on specialists who understand both the science and practice of sports. I dedicated myself to mastering Olympic disciplines and other popular sports, ensuring I could offer expert guidance.
Through my work with professional teams and my tenure as Head of Research at the Sports Kickboxing Federation, I was honored with the title “The Eagle with Two Wings—Science and Practice.” This recognition fueled my dedication to further study, leading me to complete numerous specialized courses and graduate from the University of Tehran with a focus on Sports Injuries and Corrective Exercises.
“No matter how much you read,
Without action, you remain ignorant.”

Supervisor at the Sports Medicine Association, Payam Noor University of Tehran
Instructor at multiple sports federations, including Medical Sports, Taekwondo, Bodybuilding, and Physical Fitness

In addition to continuous learning, I share my knowledge through writing and teaching. As a scientific editor for the Medical Message magazine of the Sports Medicine Federation, I contributed valuable research to readers.
I have also trained over 10,000 coaches and students and authored 44 scientific works, including:
20 research papers
9 scientific projects under the Ministry of Health

I believe that by sharing knowledge, we can collectively elevate the health and fitness standards of our society.
“Neither good nor bad lasts forever,
But only goodness will be remembered.”

Life is filled with beauty—how could I not love it all? Nature, literature, reading, painting—I embrace them wholeheartedly.
UNESCO recognizes 21 essential literacies for the 21st century, and academic knowledge is just one of them. Financial literacy, social skills, communication, and technology are equally important. I realized that I needed to master these skills and help others who may not be aware of them.
That’s why I incorporate insights on success and personal development in my content. My goal is not just to train the body but also to sharpen the mind.
